I can look back on my last few years

I thought I knew what would be

I was sure of what my life would look like

I was wrong

Very much so, In a good way

Never would have I thought, she would be in my life

That she would be a such a significant part

Or that she would affect me so much

It's truly amazing that I am around her

This is a great feeling

A feeling that I don't want to let go

Something so deep I couldn't give it up

The things I feel and think

When I see her, hold her, hear her

It's not just one thing with her

This is mental, physical and emotional

It's from my soul to my heart

Deep inside of me that makes me think

Could this be?

I know I care with everything I have

I want her to be happy

That she has all she needs

From me, mentally, physically, emotionally

She is an amazing woman, true beauty in and out

'Don't worry, be happy'

Live your life the way your should

Trust, that everything will work out

Make all the right moves

You will make it

You can accomplish what you set your mind to

All that you set out to do, do with passion

No amount of rain can ruin my day

Nothing will get in my way

I will fight for what I want and love

That's the confidence I have, I can't be beat

Believe in yourself

And that what you are doing has a purpose

A reason for everything being done

It is meant to be

You are here for a reason, just like me

The difference between us, our reason

We will go after different goals

But our drive remains the same

So get up and go hard

Make it happen, do all that you can

Each Day

My outlook on this life is positive

I see the good in where I am

What I have in this place I'm at

I am thankful for it all

There are ups and downs

But with all that, I see the good

I take it all in

And enjoy what I have, in the time that I have it

It's been a great journey thus far

I look forward to the years to come

With all that entails in each passing day

I'm here for a reason, to do the things I do

I'm ready to write more to this script

To create more and more in each minute

Continue this work of art that is being sculpted

I am the artist of my own life

A new adventure is around the corner

I look forward to every moment

To each breathe that I take

They are all blessings in this wondrous life

Finding a joy in each day

Some small, some large

All worth the wait and time

I will not trade any of these treasures
