2009/2010

2009 has been an up and down year. But none the less another year to be proud of. Made some strides in the right direction, had some set backs, but ultimately I can look back and say I had a nice year. Im not here to say 'I need to do this,' 'I need to do that in 2010.' 2009 was full of excitement, good times, hard times, smart times, fun times, sad times, rough times, proud times, time with friends, time with familia, new friends, old friends, cutting off lose ends. Lets start with some of the not so good things: The most recent having to put my dog, a beautiful black lab, of 13 years down on Dec. 18th. He was the most friendly dog you could ever meet. Was so lovable and he loved to love. I miss you MAXI. Two people I am close with going through divorce. First J. I hate to say it but I did say you might want to hold off on the wedding. But hey I was your Best Man and I was there to support you. And I had a great time at the wedding. But now its tough going through the divorce process. Trying to start a new life and start over. Second my Pops. I knew something was up and I kept poking around. You told me what was going on and I was sad when you called me that day. But with the long process of the divorce you have landed on your feet as expected and you always amaze me. I just hope I can someday be as good as you are. You are AWESOME. I also had a high ankle sprain, I have a messed up pinkie and got a concussion. All while playing basketball. They did not all happen in one game. Forget all that, lets talk about all the good that came from the year. Each person will look at this differently but lets start with 'Beach House 2009.' It was interesting to say the least!!! Overall it was a good time. A week off from work in Newport, I'll take it. Vegas for a few friends birthdays. And hey, we saw the beginning of a blossoming relationship. And they are getting married in 2010!!! And speaking of weddings my cousin Gabrielle got engaged and is getting married in September in NY!!! I quit my job at Sports Authority vacationed for two months and starting a new job. I got a two new tattoos. I jumped out of plane that was 12,500 feet in the air!!! AWESOME!!! Has a very nice simple birthday. Thank you to everyone that came to Fullerton to celebrate Halloween with me. Cut ties with some people that had no meaning in my life. And gained some that could be a BIG part of my life. But the best thing to happen in this year of 2009... My Sister, Brother-in-Law and Nephew all moved back to CA. They are now living in Vista. I could not be more happy about that. And for those that know me well ya'll know how much I care about them. He turned 1 on Nov. 19th. I got to spend my first Thanksgiving and Christmas with CJ. Great times. Plus my sister is due in Mid June. 2009 started off slow but finished with a BANG! We will start the 2010 year off right by finding out the sex!!! Looking to make 2010 a great year!!! I have plenty to look forward to and plenty to be thrilled about.
